    Welcome with herbal tea or coconut water, a traditional greeting and a retreat welcome kit.
  • 1:00–3:30 PM
    Satvik vegetarian lunch, followed by time to settle in and rest.
  • 3:30–5:00 PM
    Gentle Hatha yoga, introductions, intention setting and breath awareness.
  • 6:00 PM
    Ganga Aarti, a temple visit or a sacred walk.
  • 7:30 PM onwards
    Dinner, with optional herbal tea and a quiet evening.
Saturday

Movement, nature & connection

  • 8:00–9:30 AM
    Joint mobility, pranayama, a dynamic yoga flow and relaxation.
  • 9:30 AM
    Breakfast.
  • 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
    Riverside meditation, mindful walking and breath awareness.
  • 1:30–4:00 PM
    Lunch, rest and personal time. Optional massage can be discussed separately.
  • 4:00–5:15 PM
    Gentle stretching, Yin-inspired or partner yoga, followed by tea and sunset time.
  • 6:00–8:00 PM
    Kirtan or bhajan: devotional music, chanting and community. Venue confirmed for each retreat.
  • 8:30 PM onwards
    Dinner, with optional Yoga Nidra for winding down.
